THIS COVENANT is entered into between the Prospective Client and (“”).

WHEREAS, the Prospective Client has certain confidential information relating to a new invention;

WHEREAS, the Prospective Client desires to disclose to Patent Search Express and the aforesaid confidential information relating to the invention (the “Information”).

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the disclosure of the Information, agrees as follows:

1. All Information divulged by Client to via the Patent Search Express website and/or to directly shall be maintained as highly sensitive and confidential.

2. The shall not disclose the Information to any person other than its professional staff and solely for the purpose of evaluating the material and completing a prior art search or patent application.
